Guide on sending papers
All interested ones, students, professors, engineers and researchers can send the latest scientific, research, applied and review findings conforming the axes of providing conference paper via users’ control panel to secretariat of conference upon observing the format of writing paper. In this regard, you should be member of sire (primary registration) and establish user account (personal control panel) and then enter their page and send the papers via menu of sending papers.
In this conference, the papers are accepted in both English and Persian.
- It shall be noted that abstract and full papers are received together and there is no need for sending abstract as separately.
- Those who submit papers are informed that only papers with high scientific quality will be chosen for presentation after reviewing by professors and experts
- The total page of paper should be at last 16 pages.
- The paper registering one will be the correspondence for paper.
Note to esteemed students and researchers
The students and researchers who need receiving the review results of their sent papers earlier than latest time of announcing papers' review results, can send their papers as soon as possible and then send an email including the title of papers and their tracking code to conference secretariat and request for early reviewing and put their paper at arbitration stage as soon as possible. For aforementioned ones, the results of paper reviewing will be announced within at last 10 days on sending paper.
Sending paper files
The system of conference users receives two files from you.
1- Doc file of full paper in accordance with the guideline on paper writing
2- Pdffile of full paper which is exactly the Doc conversion.
Please note that sending and registering paper is successful when site allocated tracking code to you after completing and sending form, this code will be sent to user email and will be messaged to user cell phone.
In sending files, consider the following points:
Sending file is only possible once, so send the paper when you are sure of the authenticity of the information of your file. After reviewing paper, it is not possible to do any changes or replacement in sent file or changes in name of authors at all. It shall be noted that before reviewing, paper editing is possible via menu of sent papers’ status in personal panel.
